This study aims to evaluate the current business model and formulate appropriate business development strategies for Fill The Blankspace, a pioneer local guided journal SME operating with an online-first model. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach and case study method, utilizing data from interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis is supported by strategic tools such as Business Model Canvas (BMC), SERVO, PESTEL, EFE, VRIO, IFE, IE Matrix, SWOT, and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The findings reveal that despite the growing mental wellness industry, the company faces post-pandemic challenges including limited capital, founder dependency, and consumer price sensitivity. The analysis positions the business in Quadrant V (Hold and Maintain) of the IE Matrix, while VRIO confirms a sustained competitive advantage rooted in brand equity and content innovation. Based on the integrated SWOT and QSPM analyses, three strategic priorities were formulated: (1) Strengthening brand positioning in the mental wellness market through educational narratives and community engagement, (2) Developing a digital product line to diversify revenue and alleviate cost pressures, and (3) Increasing operational efficiency through small-batch production and process automation. A new BMC model was developed to emphasize self-growth values and diversified revenue streams, expected to help Fill The Blankspace sustain its position as a market pioneer and enhance long-term competitiveness.
